I have never filed a claim in the two years that I have been with Tru Panion Dog however my premium goes up more than $15 a month it went from almost $52 a month to almost $66 a month.

There should be someway that pets who are healthier, that their owners Should not have to pay to cover the pets who aren’t. Monthly /yearly premiums Should be adjusted individually according to each owner’s claims, not an across-the-board increase!

I never received a receipt. I didn't realize I would have to pay a fee even though I have no deductible . my bill ws like $230 something and I had to pay 93 dollars

Healthy Paws have been incredibly helpful!
When I first got my Dog, Bailey, I knew that this time around I would get some Pet Insurance for him. My last little dog did not have any and it was financially stressful towards the end of her life so I decided to insure my baby just like I would myself. However, I never thought I would be put in a position to have to use it to this extent. Bailey was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Disease last year which escalated to a Chord rupturing inside his heart back in March and I almost lost him. He's not that old, he will be 10 this fall, so this having happened at 9 years old has been rough. He is healthy in every other way except this failing heart. We have been through a lot of life changes now as well as having a surgery that has helped him quite a bit and I could not have done any of it without Healthy Paws. Especially during this Global Pandemic which has me unemployed indefinitely, they have been a lifesaver for me. I recall another company I was with prior to this not being this helpful to deal with. HP has reimbursed me and quickly for everything they said they would and their customer service has been truly outstanding. I really feel like there are a ton of just downright animal lovers here and that they really care. My premium jumped up quite a bit end of last year, but it has still been more than worth having given the expenses we have now.. He is on permanent medications now and some of them are not cheap. I couldn't get him through this difficult time without this Insurance. Many thanks to everyone at Healthy Paws for helping my little boy get more out of his life!

Very smooth, friendly process
This is the first time I have submitted a claim for pet insurance. I was quite pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to submit my claim. The person who helped me on the phone was friendly and patient and answered all my questions. Best of all, my claim was settled fairly and very quickly.
