Embrace is AWESOME!!
Embrace is AWESOME!! Our poor Daisy had a melanoma in her eye and had to have her left eye removed. It was traumatic enough for my wife but not having to worry about the money was great. The claim was reviewed and paid in about 2 weeks, no issues at all.

Filed the claim while in the vets office, I took clear photos of the procedures and the receipts and I submitted the claim before I even left the veterinarians office. The claims process was easy to understand and be reimbursed routine healthcare as promised with no hidden surprises or denials

Glad I have them
I adopted a 2 yr old American Pitbull I've had her a yr now. We've had a couple of accidents & illnesses. Pets best has been there for us throughout each incident. They even checked on her recovery. They are quick in processing claims & reimbursement payments. I'm glad I have them for my dog.

Never had an issue
I have never had an issue with Pets Best (PB). From the puppy stage to recently having to put our ~10 year old dog down, PB has always been there. The team even sent a card after our dog passed. Of all the companies I have dealt with in life, there are very few that I have come across that match PB's sincerity, customer service, and reasonableness.

When we have a claim, we always turn in all paper work that it takes to make our claim easy for Pets Best to process our claim. Do your job and they can do theirs. Take care of your pet's problems quick, before they get serious.

Easy and efficient
The process to submit the claim was easy and efficient. The decision was delayed due to volume which was communicated via email after the "normal" processing time period disclosed upon submission. It was several weeks after when I received a final notification. The periods of silence pulled my overall rating down.
