Pet insurance was not a "thing" with our other dogs, so we were a bit skeptical when we signed up for it with our new puppy 2 years ago. It has given us peace of mind knowing that Mabel would be in the great care of our vets and that Nationwide would help us with the costs involved. It has paid for itself since we signed up 2 years ago. Thank you.

Nationwide takes the worry out of having a dog!
My claims are processed so quickly, and when I have a question the nationwide representatives are so friendly and concerned. Veterinary costs in my part of the country are probably higher than they are just about anywhere else, but I am not willing to compromise on the quality of care Nakita receives. Because Nakita is insured through nationwide, I am able to get her thoroughly checked out whenever there is a problem.

My pets have been covered with ASPCA for over 15 years!
My fur babies have been covered for over 15 years with ASPCA insurance. They go way beyond just a pet insurance. When my babies have died they call and send sympathy cards. Great company.

Long time client
I have been a long time customer. I am also a professional in the veterinary field. Claims processing takes upwards to 30 days or more. You should be ashamed of yourselves and embarrassed to stand behind that. You send cut and paste policy holder info in generic emails with an apology that falls on deaf ears. You wouldnt accept my monthly premium a day late let alone 30 or more no matter how apologetic i was. Action speak louder than words.

Great customer service
I'm writing this review hoping no one will ever need to use them for medical issues. But - I have a 4 years old French bulldog with Healthy Paws insurance since day 1. The 1 (and hopefully last time) I needed help from them, they were awesome !!! I took pics of the doctor documents, medical bills and the receipts. In less then a week I got very clear email with all the info I needed. How much I had out of pocket and how much I've been reimbursed. Healthy Paws covered about 80% of my expenses and in few days I got a check by mail. We all want to do everything we can to help our little nuggets and I'm so glad I had this company to help me with it. I'm full of hope that none of you will ever need to file claims and that your pet will stay healthy and protected !

Great Pet Insurance!
Healthy Paws has provided great coverage for both of my dogs throughout their lives. I've been a customer since 2012 and have never had any issues with them. One of my dogs went through a period of seizures and the other has had early onset arthritis and a torn ACL. Healthy Paws has appropriately reimbursed every claim I've submitted with very little trouble. I highly recommend you insure your pet with them while its young so that you are covered for life and don't have to make hard decisions about health care. Knowing Healthy Paws was there to back me up has made a lot of decisions much easier to make and allowed me to give my dogs the best care!
