I was wrong!
Every time I took my pet in to see the vet, I trusted the insurance to help me with her expenses, but every time I was wrong! I have not had a good experience with this company. I think it is just another way to pray on people who love their pets and want the best care for them.

So Happy To Have This Company!
We have had this insurance since our girl was 7 yrs. old....she's now 12 years and still going strong. She has had a few issues with a neck issue, rehabilitation and medication and now some heart issues (mitral valve disease) with more expensive medication (ongoing) but through it all, Embrace has been awesome. They have covered everything according to our plan and we are so grateful to know that they have our back when it comes to needing tests and treatment. We had another insurance with a previous dog and when it came time for extensive treatment and medication, they refused to pay for anything but cremation! Now this does come at a price which goes up considerably each year. But with any insurance, you hope you never need it but it's great to know when you do they are there!

Dispicable practices
I had to get a new credit card and after ONE MONTH they cancelled my policy for non-payment. I had an email address on file I don't use frequently. Other than that they made no reasonable means to get in touch with me about it. No phone call or mailings. It was all pretty secretive. I found out that I was dropped after filing a claim for $1400. Thanks Healthy Paws. You guys are the scum of the earth.

Refused to cover a $1500 surgery…
Refused to cover a $1500 surgery because of a 30 day illness period. Filed an appeal took 6 weeks for a reply and still denied coverage. Absolute waste of $90 per month.

Peace of Mind
I've been a customer for 7 years, but have just had the need to use it in the last few months. I've got 2 older cats (14) - one with cancer, and one with other issues that go along with his age. Embrace has been incredible. Submitting a claim online is simple, and the reimbursements are FAST. That was a concern for me when I first submitted a claim, but I get mine usually within 5 business days. It was great when my girl went into kidney failure and was diagnosed with cancer to not have to base my care decision on whether I could afford to give her the best treatment! She's doing well on her treatment, and I'm not going broke. A win all around! Highly recommend Embrace.

Trupanion representatives are well informed polite and professional.
Trupanion representatives are well informed, polite, and professional. If they can’t help at least they try to send you to someone who possibly can. I have 3 Cane Corsos , one 1 insured for myself to see if this was the way to go, after I met my deductible Trupanion covers the rest with my policy that goes directly to my vet’s office since they are connected directly to his office thru the internet and leaves all the paperwork thru them , which allows me to focus on my fur baby. I will be adding more of my fur babies to Trupanion in the near future. One of the few times that an insurance company stands by it’s products, policy’s, and looking out for their members.
