Special Diagnostic
I paid for the full coverage for Kona. I understand he is a boxer and they are "cap" to pay for the claim. However, the last claim was for "special diagnostic tests" Echocardiogram and they refused to pay. Saying that was for "Boxer cardiac"...blah blah blah.

When a unexpected injury or illness happens with a pet it can get spendy quickly. Having our policy helped us with end of life care for one dog, and health maintenance on our other dogs.
