The service is so easy and fast!! Very impressed with it. The site is easy to use to enter your claim. I like that they keep me updated on the status of the claim. And the payment is done in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the service!!

Best service and coverage
Honestly, if I could give 6 stars, I would!! I have only had to use my insurance for very minor things for my dogs and never met my deductible until I had a medical emergency with 2 dogs at the same time. Two of my dogs ingested raisins and had to spend 2 nights at the doggie hospital. Pets Best was amazing at answering my questions about coverage. It took about 2 weeks to process the claim and less than 24 hours to have the money deposited into my account. The policy covered exactly what I thought it would. I paid my deductible and 10% of the remaining balance!! Having this coverage made a very stressful situation, so much easier to handle since I didn’t have to worry about the financial stress and just do what was best for my dogs!!! Thank you!!!!

The wait time for claims to be processed is ridiculously long. Many claims were paid over 21 days later and I've had to follow up with customer service.

Appreciate how seamless the claim and payment process is. Our doodle loves fabric, this time she actually ate part of her bedding and couldn't pass it on her own :-( Thank GOD we had coverage. She has healed and is doing fantastic! No more fabric around our Daisy doodle! Thank you Nationwide for putting our mind at ease.

Aspca has got my back...and Bijou's heart
Bijou was all of 8 when she was diagnosed with a moderate heart murmur. One of those unfortunate age related issues. Bijou remains a sunny sweet and very active girl still logging championships at national Jack Russell Terrier trials. My claims for Bijou's meds are processed very quickly and I find the refund of fees are credited back to my checking account generally see to appear within 10 days of filing the claim. I left ASPCA for a short time and got coverage with another company and it was the worst mistake I ever made. I am happy to be back

Best decision I ever made
Nationwide pet insurance was simply one of the best decisions I ever made. I don't know what it was, but apparently I got a dog that's had some pretty serious health issues throughout his life and when you're faced with mounting vet bills, the peace of mind that this plan offers is a godsend. I can't tell you how many times I've been at the vet ER and have had to listen to people make an awful decision because they didn't have the money for their pets treatment. With Nationwide I'm never concerned when I take my pet to the vet, because I know, no matter what, Nationwide will take care of me, and him.

Unplanned vet expenses can be financially devastating.
My Schnauzer has had two health events that could have been very costly. Thanks to Nationwide she is healthy happy and so am I . Payments were made quickly and I didn't have to jump through complcated hoops to put in aclaim. I always recommend Nationwide. My sweet 14 year old Bouvier recently passed over the rainbow bridge. Throughout her life she was well taken care of with the help of Nationwide. Thank you.
