Because you did not have an 12?? She was supportive and understanding. Explained the accumulated $250. On qualifying service and was so sorry LuLu had so many pre-existing issues that did not qualify. I kept my plan as is and fwd photos of LuLu. Brovo toTrupanion!

I did a bunch of research and really thought that I had found the perfect insurance match. Before I made my first payment however, I thought I would read some of the reviews from other pet owners. It sounds like Pets Best USED to be a top rated insurance, but due to understaffing that is no longer the case. I know that when you get a great reputation and have a huge growth spurt that growing pains can occur, however based on the reviews it has been more than 6 months since you have begin having problems. Reimbursements are taking longer and more and more claims are being denied. It does not sound like anything is going to change in the forseable future, so for that reason I decided to go to another company. I will check back in 6 months to see if things have improved.
