The claim process is very easy but I had just one issue on my first claim. Customer service was extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, we've had a very sick dog this fall. Submitting the claims and getting paid was so easy! It helped ease a stressful time. Thank you!

Long claim turnaround
Overall, the experience went well and I was granted the amount that I had put in for. I thought that the length of time it took to process the claim was a bit long. I thought I had read a review about this insurance company that said the wait time was two days and it took a full week for the claim to be processed.
