They make filing claims easy and painless, and they process the claims super quickly! After meeting your deductible, your reimbursement is in your account within days and they send a detailed review of what services are being covered. One of my dogs recently had surgery and they made the whole process way less stressful because I knew they were going to help cover a large majority of the cost!
