The customer service was excellent!
The customer service was excellent! However, for a 30 day trial period (provided through a shelter) the lack of coverage doesn't exactly compete well with other comparable pet medical insurance companies. I've spoke with other companies and dog owners who have these price packages beat and will also cover problems like parasites and RX prescriptions for them.
