Excellent! Trupanion makes it very easy to submit claims online. Trupanion constantly sent me emails updating me on my claim from start to finish. Money deposited in my account within a couple of days once my claim is complete. Very happy with Trupanion and would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting pet insurance.

I didn’t even have the papers for trupanion with me but the animal hospital contacted trupanion and handled everything. It was fast and a the time I was so upset that it was wonderful that I didn’t have to worry about insurance. Thank you for your great service.
