Great customer service.
Great customer service...especially now that you have the correct email address. The gentleman on the phone was awesome. The lady prior was as well. they just happened to have the wrong email address on file which delayed me getting the paperwork that I was asking for. I should have spelled out my email - it would have saved this error.

I was so worried, she listened to me, comforted me and reassured me. My vet at first said that I would have to pay up front but she helped them download the program so they could bill Trupanion directly.THANK YOU SO MUCH. MY DOG IS BACK HOME
