I recommend Nationwide to all of my colleagues
Nationwide has made claims so easy. When I found out my Stanley had a cataracts at 3 months and would be facing cataract surgery at a year old and what the surgery would cost I was flabbergasted. I never had pet insurance with any of my other dogs, all of who were rescues and lived until 13, 15 1/2, 16 and 19 without any vet bills except for wellness and spading so when a colleague of mine who found out I was getting a pure breed called me and recommended getting Nationwide insurance through our employer because of potential issues pure bred dogs might have, I decided to heed his advice. It was one of the best decision I have made.

The process to file a claim was relatively easy. The claim was closed in two days and money was electronically sent and deposited in my bank account in three days.

Peace of Mind
I love Nationwide. I have been a customer since 2010 and this is the third pet I have had covered by them. Having coverage with them gives me a peace of mind that is immeasurable. My youngest pet was recommended surgery recently and I didn't have to hesitate and consider the costs of the surgery because I knew I would get reimbursed. That allowed me to do what was best for my cat, rather than my wallet. The new app to submit claims is fantastic and I had my reimbursement 2 weeks after my cat's surgery! I also love that they send birthday cards and was appreciative of the condolences cards they sent after the passing of my previous pets. I recommend pet insurance and Nationwide to everyone I know with a pet because it is so worth it.

Saved our lives several times
I’ve had to visit the Vet ER several times within the past year and a half that I’ve had my dog. He loves eating things he isn’t supposed to (socks, underwear, paper, pencils) and luckily he hasn’t required surgery, but does require a lot of imaging and medication. Thanks to HealthyPaws, I am not afraid of running him to the ER whenever I feel the need! Their process is fast and easy, thanks to the APP!
