My puppy is a lover of pecans and swallowed one whole which in turn got lodged. The surgery was very costly and Pets Best honored our insurance plan and took care of everything rather quickly. Since it was our first claim they informed me it may take longer to approve and it did which I was okay with (3 weeks in total). Overall, very painless! Would definitely recommend!

Pets Best came through
Our Chiweenie Joey needed diagnostic X-rays and an ultrasound for digestive problems. Cost over $1,100. PetsBest came through with a check for $527! Took about a month to receive it, but worth the wait. Thank you, PetsBest!

Surgery for My Dog
My vet administrator submits claims directly to PetsBest and has stated that your company is the best to work with out of all the pet insurance companies she has to deal with. All claims thus far have all been processed timely with detailed explanations. I would never have a pet without insuring with your company.

Fast turn around

Makes things easier
This outpatient routine operation was successful. Pets Best made it a little bit easier. The program/insurance is convenient and makes things a little easier to plan. The submission for reimbursement was simple, the process time was reasonable and the explanation of what was reimbursed was clear. What I call the three "C's", Clear, Concise and Complete.

My loved one recently got diaganosed with type 1 diabeates, pets best came threw like a rock star! I thought I was going to loose her, I would have been in finacial hardship had it not been for pets best. I recommend pets best A #1
