Huge Help!
We couldn't get through some of these initial vet visits without Nationwide. When Alister got sick, we knew we could count on Nationwide to help us out with the costs of his medication to ensure he got back to health quickly. We are so happy we went with Nationwide as the reimbursement was so quick and easy, we never had to follow up! It really puts us at ease - thank you Nationwide!

I signed up with HealthyPaws when my boy Flynn came into the family in 2017. I have been so glad to have HealthyPaws this year in particular. We've had some health issues with Flynn this year. It is so easy to submit claims to HealthyPaws, see why I did or didn't get reimbursed for certain things, and the customer service is superb. Today was the first time I called the customer service line. I emailed first, but then called because I wanted a quick answer (I'm not very patient), although I knew they would get back to me by the end of the day via email. I got lucky to hear from MARY at HealthyPaws. To say she was a pleasure to talk with is an understatement. From the start you know she's an animal lover herself. She started off the call with such enthusiasm. I wasn't doing too great as I am dealing with my dog recently being diagnosed with Lyme Disease, but Mary easily cheered me up. As we went over my plan and info, she noticed that Flynn had almost met his deductible for the year. She then asked about him and his health. Then asked how I was doing, which was so sweet. I love this company. It has given me such a sense of ease knowing that they have my dog's best interest at heart. I love HealthyPaws!! Thank you Mary and thank you HealthyPaws. Easy and worth it

Consistently good experience
We've had pet insurance for our boy since he was a pup (formerly VPI). Unfortunately he's had some health issues over the years with mast cell tumors and allergies and periodically sees an oncologist and an allergist and has had a few surgeries. Nationwide covers what the policy says they will without a battle. Claims are easy to file via email and reimbursements are relatively quick and easy now that they are electronic. I would not hesitate to insure another dog with Nationwide.

Healthy Paws has incredible customer service
We have two dogs that are insured by Healthy Paws and have been incredibly pleased with the service they provide. The older dog tore her ACL on one hind leg this summer and, 2 months later, tore her ACL on the other leg. Both required surgery. Healthy Paws paid both bills promptly and sent very nice follow-up emails. We have made some other smaller claims in the past and have come to appreciate the professional, warm service they provide. It has been flawless in our 8 years of experience with it.
