Pets best delivers

So far, at least a couple years I have had no drama with pets Best! I have never had to argue a claim, they pay reasonably and promptly. With ASPCA I felt their Priority was to find ways of getting out of paying, with Pets Best I feel they are trying to build business through customer satisfaction! What a concept! I've had three pets with them. One pet died suddenly from a nasal sarcoma. Even though I did the minimum the bill came to 4000$ Pets Best paid exactly the percentage they say they pay and they did it quickly with a condolence note! After ASPCA I thought I have to fight again. I can't tell you how a horrible situation was helped by Pets Best quick reimbursement. All claims have been paid with the same service. I hope it continues. It is hard enough when your pet is ill, now I can afford to give my pets the quality healthcare they deserve and anxiety is cut in half! Insure your pet!!

Opportunists

ASPCA insurance has not only denied my legitiment claims but a friend's claim as well. They deny claims hoping you will not fight them. I knew I was in the right and I had to go as far as getting the surgeon and my vet to write letters. Both doctors were furious and appalled. The people on the phone don't know enough to be credible, they clearly were trained to keep money in the system but not educated enough to defend reasons for denying the claim. It was infuriating. In the end I did not back down and The claim went through. However when I got the check it was such a small percentage of the vet bill I was livid. I also was finished. I left and went with Pets Best where I have not had a single problem so far. ASPCA should be ashamed to be affiliated with the hartford group. My doctors were so disgusted they pulled the pamphlets from their lobbys. I will get my friends to write a review, their story is even worse.

Took Too Long - but pleased with service

i think the service is great - but what happened to claims being resolved within a few days? This particular claim has taken weeks. And i have referred you to others - but may not if all claims take this long.

Claim Service from Embrace

While the claim processing took longer than usual, I was kept very up to date regarding my submission. I know that Embrace has changed their processing so they are doing training which is taking longer to process claims. I am always excited though when my claim is actually accepted and paid. I always assume the worst with any insurance company that they will try to deny you for any reason at all, but not Embrace. They are reliable, fair, and true to their customers which is why I will continue have my pet covered with Embrace Insurance.

SO glad I signed up for Healthy Paws!!

I signed up for pet insurance about 2 years ago for my beautiful LabX Teddy. The only regret I have is that I didn't sign up sooner!! The staff is prompt and efficient and they REALLY do care about the health and welfare of your dog. Teddy has recently had to have oral surgery and had it not been for Healthy Paws, I don't know what I would have done. The cost each month for his plan is nothing compared to the piece of mind that I get...truly the best money I ever spent!

I wish my health insurance was as good as my dog's

I cannot say enough about the wonderful service and care we have received from Healthy Paws. Not only is the claim process quick and hassle-free, but from the time we signed up they have taken a personal interest in our dog, and have sent follow up messages just to see how she's doing after a vet visit. Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and professional. I wish all insurance companies were this good!!

Worth the investment!

My 1.5 year old Shih Tzu/ Maltese mix Butters started of the day ok. Almost immediately after breakfast he vomited and started to seem more low energy than usual. Off to obedience training we went, when all of a sudden a noise I have never heard any living creature make came out of his throat. It was a gagging/coughing noise that I could not identify.Since he had vomited earlier that day I was concerned that he was having continued GI issues, so off to the vet we went. After a set of xrays, some sub Q fluids and medication we were about to leave when he vomited again! $250.00 later we were home. As the night progressed the gagging/coughing thing increased and I became extremely worried, so off to the ER we went. After another set of xrays and blood work he was diagnosed with Kennel Cough. After an additional $560.00 we were sent home with antibiotics. Being a new pet owner I wasn't sure what to do to help my fur baby feel better and I was a little in shock at the cost of care. I am very thankful that I made the decision to purchase pet insurance through Healthy Paws. They helped facilitate getting all the necessary paperwork from both the vet and ER to process my claim. The process was simple and in less then a week I had my reimbursement check. Its definitely the best investment I have made in a long time. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Embrace Pet Insurance has been wonderful thus far!

While I've only made one wellness claim to date, it was processed in the time noted on Embrace's website and I'm very pleased with the customer service staff at Embrace. I hope I don't need to use them for anything other than wellness visits, but having an English Bulldog I knew I had to have insurance as the breed is prone to various maladies. I feel as though I'm in good hands here with Embrace covering my puppy through her life.

Very helpful!

Embrace has given me peace of mind with my two new puppies. I hope to never be in a situation to take full advantage of the insurance, but I know they will be there if I need them. Great customer service as well! Keep up the good work.
