Buyer beware. My dog has been on their policy over a year; I was told that policy no longer existed and was being replaced by a less expensive, policy that offered better coverage and more options. Malarky! My dog had an operation and they came back to say that he had to wait 6 months, even though he had already been on the policy for a year. Also, the old policy reimbursed 80% of neuter, now it is capped at $75.00. Misleading!

Our beloved Chocolate Lab was only 3-1/2 years old when she was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor inside her mouth. We moved on this as quickly as possible and so did Embrace. Every time I sent in a new estimate, they jumped right on it and got us the pre-certification coverage immediately. They were prompt to pay and very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Embrace. Max was diagnosed on 9/20/12. Those who are familiar with this illness know that it changes the lives of the owner and the pet forever. He lived through the critical 48 hours and Max is one of the lucky ones so far. He is still here after 2 weeks. It's known for being one of the scariest and also one of the most expensive diagnosis' a pet can have and Max will fight it for life.I faxed the first claim (including Max's clinical history) on 9/24-received a confirmation e-mail same day. Rec'd the explanation of benefit letter with amount of reimbursement (accurate to the penny)on 10/1. The check arrived on 10/5. Faxed the second claim on 10/2-again, same day confirmation; EOB letter SAME DAY and received the check on 10/6. Faxed the third claim yesterday on a Sunday-thinking I would get a jump on Monday, but THEY WORK ON SUNDAY. Rec'd the EOB letter Sunday evening. Don't hesitate- this is the best insurance by far. I'm telling everyone who will listen! Just a great company-which has helped get us through this. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them.

I've had Embrace insurance for my cat Zinger for the past three years, and have had nothing but stellar service from them. They kept me updated on the status of all my claims, and seem to really care about both the pets, and the services being offered. I think the price is reasonable considering the amount of coverage I have for Zinger, and know that I will never be forced to make a hard decision about adequate care for her based on finance alone. That's the best reason to have insurance, and I think Embrace is the best one out there.
