Quick Turn Around on Claim

Having had other pet insurance (about which I have no reason to complain), I was amazed by the quick turn around on our recent claim. The claim was detailed and precise - very easy to understand. I guess I just didn't know what I was missing! Thank you!

Embrace Rocks!!!

This is our second experience with a pet insurance company and I'd have to say we are extremely happy. At four months of age, our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog was diagnosed with an extremely rare type of muscle cancer. Embrace has been excellent to work with. All of our claims were processed efficiently. Additionally, all of my phone communications with the staff has been pleasant and professional. Finally, although our puppy didn't live past eight months, having Embrace allowed us to do everything we could to try to save her life. When our next puppy arrives, we will be using Embrace, again.

Great experience

My mini schnauzer had a bout of pancreatitis and Embrace took care of the claim right away. They also provided great follpw up... Always letting me know of the status of the claim

Excellent Claims Handling

I am so thankful I purchased insurance for my dog through Healthy Paws. I spent the $ to get the 90/10 coverage, and true to their advertisements, they straight up paid the claim at 90% less my deductible and the exam fees. They did not nickle-and-dime the charges as most insurance companies do. There was ZERO hassle, and payment was received by me only a week after I submitted the claim. When I spoke with a representative about the claim, they genuinely sounded like they cared about my sick dog. They called my dog by name and referred to her condition. I will always be a customer and will insure my other dog and all future pets with Health Paws!

Great experience with Embrace

I'm just about to add Embrace coverage for my new puppy and realized that this will be the fifth dog I've ensured with Embrace. They're a great company to deal with! I've never had a single problem with any claim. They've been super responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. We have been through some really difficult medical problems with one of our dogs, and Embrace was really wonderful to deal with. I recommend Embrace to everyone I know who has pets!

slow processing of lcaims

I submitted a claim for cat boarding fees and also a a form for seeing if they could process my claim for when my cat took sick. I My vet and I kept submitting forms for pre=payment of her fees and they kept repeating requests for forms even though it was submitted by snail mail and by fax. They kept misplacing my forms and now i have run into Nsf charges because of the delays in sending me my money.Be persistent and PATIENT

Excellent Customer Service

I've been with Pet's Best for approximately 4 years and have recommended this company to many friends. They're customer service staff have been terrific any time I contacted them, which is not often because I really didn't need to. They are quick with the service they provide and have never questioned any of my claims. They are true in their words.
