Not at all impressed
I did t think my visit would be covered but the vet said they could put it through and it would only take about 15 min to get an answer. Ended up waiting at the vet for 45 minutes for my claim to process. They had to call you and be like wtf is going on guys. And all that just to be told you aren't covering a penny. That being said, I give you a 3 because I might recommend your services to someone I hate. If you annoyed them and wasted their time like you did mine and then they still had to pay for everything that would be kind of fun for a petty b like me
