Efficient and timely service
We visited an emergency vet for the first time (our girl was having some type of allergic reaction) and the clinic processed the paperwork for us. Then in a couple of days we received email notification from Trupanion. It was that easy. Hands down the most efficient and timely process. Reasons for declining claims will change
Trupanion changes the reason why they decline claims. At first it was due to allergies (which I understand) but recently we were declined due to '�chronic skin issues'� that had nothing to do with allergies.
