I was referred to healthy paws by a fellow pet parent. I have been so impressed with their customer service and expedient review of claims. If only health insurance could be so easy for my family! I'm happy to refer my family and friends to health paws. When crisis strikes, the last thing I want to be concerned about is whether or not I can afford to fund the best possible care for my dog. Healthy paws gives me the peace of mind that my dog will always be taken well care of.

It is difficult enough to deal with an emotional time that is painful for a pet but when the heavy cost of a vet bill to mitigate this comes into play, it is overwhelming. We were lucky enough to be able to afford monthly insurance and decided to try Trupanion...we are very glad we did. They take the administrative burden off of the pet owner during a hectic and emotional time. Service was fast, transparent and friendly...almost too good to be true today. Sad we had to see our pet go through a tough time but grateful we did not have to deal with all the extra hassles that may have come from another provider. Thank you Trupanion!

Knock on wood, I only have had to use the wellness part of my plan. Both times the response has been quick in dealing with my claims. Checks arrive when you said they would,that means a lot. Someone is always hearing about Embrace through word of mouth. Keep up the good work and hopefully you don`t here from me for another year!!. Thank You.

It seems that most companies only care about the revenue that can be made off the public. Not the case with Trupanion. We would and have recommended them to our friends and other pet owners.

I have VPI on one dog and Embrace for the other. Embrace pays at least 3x faster.I am very happy with the attention my claims have received and feel my reimburesment was very fair.

I immediately called my vet and took her in. They suspected toxicity from something my dog ate. After xrays they found out it was something stuck in her stomach. An estimate was sent to trupanion who responded within the hour to let me know everything would be covered. They even called me to let me know. My vet bill began increasingly getting larger and larger. It was such a relief to know I had trupanion to help me out!! My bill ended up being 1500 and I left only paying 250.00. I am so thankful for trupanion, you never know if something will happen to your dog and such a relief to know trupanion is there to back you up. I would definitly recommend trupanion!

We had Embrace for both of our boxers. Our first and only claim was a great disappointment. After review of our boxer's medical records, they eliminated coverage on just about all potential future issues. This included the shape of his jaw, being a boxer. The evaluator stated that there would still be value in keeping insurance for things such as torn toenail! Unbelievable. Never again!! Waste of money.
