If you are looking for prompt courteous service during somewhat stressful times when your pet is ill, Trupanion has been the best provider of insurance for our pet. Our dog has had his ups and downs between ear infections, allergies and most recently ACL surgery. I cannot say enough about my satisfaction with Trupanion.

Not worth the price
Numerous years worth which I sent in after talking to your customer service rep (I was going to cancel the policy). Over $3000 worth of charges and not one cent reimbursed. Mainly her allergies, which were not diagnosed until after I got the policy. They said it was a preexisting condition. I will be cancelling the policy.

Before Rosebud’s surgery I called and spoke with a Trupanion service representative. She was very helpful and told me what my next steps were. I loaded the new APP onto my phone. It was very easy to fill out paperwork and send over by phone. Our reimbursement came quickly through the mail also. Thank you so much!!!
