Great Company, Great Service, Exceptional Staff

I adopted a rescued racing greyhound who was diagnosed with epilepsy. Taking on the lifelong management of such a chronic condition is a huge challenge. The fact that Dallas had Trupanion Pet Insurance in place when I adopted him has made the entire situation much easier to deal with. Trupanion Pet Insurance coverage has helped me afford to work with my veterinarian and I explore different medications and treatment options. As a result, Dallas has gone from having seizures every 3-6 weeks to going as long as 15 weeks without a seizure. That is an amazing improvement and a benefit for both of us.In addition to the obvious and measurable benefits of the insurance coverage is the immeasurable benefit of the exceptional staff that Trupanion employs. I have had several occasions where I have called the company with questions and every single person I have spoken with (and you speak to a real, live person when you call) is friendly and outgoing, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff members are all animal lovers who obviously enjoy their jobs and are thorough and professional in their handling of your questions. You are treated like a valued customer and their concern for you and your pet is so evident.

Great customer service

I have a two Goldens insured with Embrace and while they're generally healthy they do have occassional, minor illnesses and then of course they're reguarly scheduled shots and wellness visits. I have found the service from every Embrace staffer to be extremely helpful and timely. I also love the direct deposit available for claim payments!

Great Insurance

I am very happy with the coverage I have for my 13 year old pug. When I first got the insurance she was younger and much healthier now that she is older she has developed diabetes and associated disorders. I have upgraded her insurance twice and each time I am met with prompt courteous service and reps that really seem to care for my pet. Payment of claims or the turnaround time is very fast. I wish my insurance were this good. Thank you for caring and providing such great insurance for my Izzy. I also want to comment that there were times charges were not covered and I appealed, that also was done fairly and quickly and they actually call to let you know the outcome It was refreshing.

The BEST customer service I have EVER encountered

Before you read my full review, please note that it took 3+ weeks to process the claim because my vet failed to provide proper documentation. This was NOT because of Healthy Paws. I signed Delta up for Healthy Paws pet insurance in September/October 2013. Delta is a big lab mix and would run with me daily. Around Thanksgiving/early December I noticed Delta was beginning to limp on his back left leg. After rest he seemed fine, but soon began limping again. Sometime there after he was diagnosed with a torn ACL. Delta had TPLO surgery to correct the torn ACL in February 2014. Having a sick/injured pet is stressful enough, but the financial strain makes it even more overwhelming. With that being said, I cannot thank the staff at Healthy Paws enough. They were there to answer every question I had regarding my claim, even contacting my vet frequently to ensure the proper forms were submitted. And they were in constant communication with me, via phone and email, to keep me updated on the status of my claim. I have never dealt with such caring, helpful, understanding customer service individuals in my life. There customer service makeup should be an industry standard for ALL (human and pet) insurance companies. In the end, Healthy Paws saved me over $2000. If you have a pet, I would recommend Healthy Paws to you until I am "blue in the face." Because of Healthy Paws I know Delta will always be afforded the best possible veterinary care. They really do care about
