My Labrador Retriever has had lameness in her right hind leg for a few months. We've taken her to the vet, but can't find what's wrong. We took her to the University Animal Hospital to see a canine orthopedic specialist. Embrace had the claim resolved and reimbursement issued within a week! It was literally 5 days and I had the EOB and reimbursement issued. Not only are they quick and efficient, but they have been courteous, prompt, and responsive to every single one of my inquiries. Not only an outstanding pet insurance company, but an outstanding company in general. I wish everyone I dealt with treated me like Embrace.

Toby tore his ACL and had to have the TPLO surgery/procedure.He's a little over 1/2 thru the 12 week recovery and doing well. Healthy Paws did a great job getting all of his medical records together and processing his claim.

Bailey is a rescue dog that I have had for three years. Recently he started vomiting every night for 9 days - even after getting meds from the vet. All of the customer service representatives are very compassionate. They explain everything thoroughly. They are available 24x7 and you do not have to wait long on the phone to speak with someone. The coverage is great. Everytime when ending a call with them, they always say that they hope Zevah is recovering well. They are truly concerned.

I have had several claims with my new pup and with each one Trupanion has come through with a timely response time. They specify what is covered, how much, and when the check is mailed. Could not ask for more.

I had embrace for a little over a year before I had to actually file a claim for a sick pet. When I filed the claim I was got a response that it was received the next business day. The month that my dog was sick I was also moving into a new home and getting married so the budget had been planned out precisely and the vet bill messed up the financial planning a little. I sent an email with my concerns about how fast the claim could be possibly processed and with a great response and customer service I received my claim money within 4 business days. Great people and great company.
