Easy claim submission and fast approval
First high dollar claim went as well I was hoping. Easy claim submission and fast approval. They needed additional info from my vet and requested and received the info directly from them. I didn't need to do anything. They covered exactly what I thought they would.

Wonderful all around
My puppy ate something she should not have and became very ill the day after the waiting period. The whole process of filing a claim, customer service and receiving payment was hassle free! I am so thankful I had the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance.

Sunny is 3 years old and has never been sick. The claim you're referencing was for dental cleaning, a wellness visit. Since I have no idea what I am rating above I've awarded a 5, which is generous. I did not talk with customer service, I prepared the claim, and "overall" has no reference. With a Master's Degree in Marketing, I award this well intended but useless survey a 0.

I have had Healthy Paws insurance since my golden was a few months old. Unfortunately, we have been struck with many medical situations from foreign bodies, GI illnesses, and UTIs. Having insurance with Healthy Paws has helped me give my golden the best possible care without worrying about whether or not I can afford it. I can just focus on taking care of my dog and getting her the best care that she needs because I know that Healthy Paws has my back not only through financial reimbursements but also through support. Rapid Processing of claim
Took my dog to the vet on Tuesday afternoon, March 10th. Embrace had an approval of my claim on Thursday March 12th. Amazingly quick turn around. Have had excellent results on prior claims also. The best Pet Insurance as far as I am concerned.
