Thank you Pets Best Insurance!

Our yellow lab Bubba recently had to have surgery for his fractured teeth. What an unexpected expense this created for us (over $2,000!) Thank goodness for Pets Best, which paid the majority of his surgery very promptly and efficiently! I don't know what we would have done without this coverage! We recommend Pets Best to all of our friends and family. Thank you Pets Best!

Excellent customer service & coverage

We have 2 German Shepherds covered by Embrace. We have always been very pleased with the services covered by Embrace - not to mention the super customer service. We plan to keep our coverage for a long time!

By Far the "best" insurance payout

I have a 8 year old Yorkie who has had no health problems. I purchased insurance over the years from two different pet insurance companies and have had nothing but problems. With bogus payouts that were not even worth my time of submitting the claim to the most rudest employees i have ever dealth with. A friend gave me Pets Best insurance and i figured what could i loose i will try them. Well after being with Pets best for 4 months my little yorkie got sick. Unknown what was making him vomit, itch and be very lathargic. The bills kept adding up along with the hospital stays for him and all the testing. After changing vets multiply times they finally found it was a parasite. My bills were up in the $4000.00. Now it was time to see if this Pets Best insurance really would do what they said it would. I downloaded the form, coompleted it and faxed it to the number on the form. 3 HOURS Later I had a confirmation saying that my claim was being reviewed. Two days later an email saying that they needed to get some more records and by the 5th day a check for 80% was sent to me. YES THATS WHAT I SAID 80%. They covered exactly what they said they would with no hidden clauses (about up 80% of the allowable cost) The Customer Service people are so nice and very helpful. One employee is nicer then the other. I have called and asked questions and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me. WHAT A GREAT PET INSURANCE place this is. They paid my claim quick, and great service!!!

I had a claim for IVDD on my doxie and petfirst paid my claim quickly! they had the best servce and very sympathtic people! I love them!

A Curve Ball

I recommend for everyone to look into pet insurance before they even purchase a pet. I waited a couple of months before I got it and now I wish I hadn't waited. I did not anticipate all the problems with my Pico but my pet insurance sure has helped tremendously lighten the load.

So Impressed

We chose Embrace because of the reviews. Our experience has been just as consistent. We purchased the insurance when our purebred puppy was just 10 weeks old and, just after she turned one, we were surprised to find out that she needed knee surgery. Just like the reviews said, the Customer Service at Embrace is prompt, attentive, caring, and they provide reimbursement within 10-15 days. We have told everyone we can about Embrace. If you are deciding whether or not to choose Embrace, search no more. They're wonderful.

Not Sure What's Covered

Ive had insurance for a number of years, maybe 7 or something. At the beginning I was reimbursed for at least some portion of nearly every bill. seems the reimbursements are far fewer these days. Its not a user friendly system, in terms of knowing what is/isnt covered. but i keep buying it, in case something major happens.

Good insurance but could be better

This is a good insurance company but I have petplan for my new puppy and it is much more comprehensive. They do pay a good portion of my claims in a timely manner but there is a $100 per incident ded. and then the cover 90%. The other one is $50 per incident with a 100% coverage. My dog has a couple of reoccuring problems that they deducted the incident fee for each time. They are will to reevaluate it but they require specific wording from the vet. More headache then I would like to deal with and multiple vet visits for different illnesses can get costly throughout the year.

Ecellent Customer Services

I have a 10 year Old English Sheep dog, name Gurt, she has a lump on her face and thank goodness it is not cancer. They removed the lump in surgery and then she had blood in her stool, good thing it was only stress from the surgery. Gurt is doing great and ASPCA was excellent. I never had Health insurance for her, it was a relief with all that happen in a short amoutn of time, received checks in a timely manner, they even checked up on Gurt. Thank you ASPCA for taking older dogs. Customer Service was excellent as well with question I had concerning my claim forms.
