Because your employees truly care about their clients. I can't remember a call where one of you hasn't asked how is Elliot or Pebbles doing today? or ended with give them a couple of pets from us. I find my questions answered, particularly on this call. I was given advice on how to help bridge the communication gap between the vet and insurance so that my claims would be processed more efficiently. I often recommend you to friends and fellow animal lovers.

Best decision ever
We got Healthy Paws ahead of our new addition, and it was hands down the best decision we made. Puppies will be..puppies, and in her 4 months with us, we’ve had 1) 4 bouts of chronic diarrhea requiring custom antibiotics 2) conjunctivitis and 3) pneumonia (with an ER visit!) all of which we get reimbursed the majority of by Healthy Paws. The claims submission is easy, painless (especially as most vets will send formats that are easily uploaded), and they are always responsive if we have any questions or concerns. I wish all insurance could be like this!

Best experience during a scary time with our pup MoJo
We are so grateful to have a policy with Healthy Paws! Our puppy MoJo had to have emergency surgery for an obstruction after eating part of a decorative pillow. Healthy Paws made the claims process seamless and easy during a stressful situation! MoJo received great care and is back to feeling like a puppy. Health of pets before high vet bills
Trupanion allowed us to think only about the health of our dog and not about high cost vet bills which we encountered when our dog got cancer. They have supportive customer service and make things easy. I wish human insurance was this good. Will use them again.
