I have never purchased pet insurance, but when I got my boxer puppy I was told I should look into it. I checked with many different companies and I really liked what Embrace has to offer. This is by far the best thing anyone can do for their pet and themselves.I picked up a brochure at my Vets office after getting a staggering bill for the removal of a tooth and a cleaning. I told myself I did not want this to happen again so I bought the insurance. Unfortunately some months later Bandit was found to have cancer in her bladder. Trupanion has been superb in handling all her insurance needs. Letting us concentrate on getting her help for a quality of life for her remaining days. We even received a call from Michelle, asking how she was doing and were assured that all her Chemo treatments would be taken care of. For the most part, PetsBest was pretty prompt in acknowledging receipt of claims and issuing checks. However, the policy lists $200 as the max it would pay for euthanasia. When I submitted a claim, I was told that euthanasia is considered a "new event" and therefore subject to a deductible. I find that so ridiculous that I immediately cancelled all policies and will go with another company.

five stars, had for six months when my baby got cancer. They have paid for surgery chemo radiation about ten thousand dollars so far. Processed my initial claim in three weeks. Now I fax claim on monday and have check by saturday. This is the best investment I have ever made.

I admit I was skeptical when I signed up for the insurance, and I was reluctant to submit a claim because I assumed it would be a hassle. I am happy to report that so far our experience has far exceeded my expectations. EVery claim was handled promptly and I received checks and feedback on my claims shortly after filing them. The customer service reps dealt with me via email, which was very convenient for me, and responded right away to questions and claims.

My 7 month puppy, Lola, is my first pet. My husband and I decided to get insurance for her since he had dogs in the past with expensive health problems. I am so glad that I decided on Embrace.
