I have been very please with the quick and detailed explanations of my policy.The claims I have put in have been addressed in a timely fashion.With all the Pet Ins.I reviewed I wasn't satisfied, until my brother and sister in-law recommend I check out Embrace. After reading and also taking to a repesenitive I was sure this was the pet insurance for my cat and dog. I give Embrace a excellent recommendation.

We had VPI a number of years ago and they don;t even come close. I had to constantly follow up with them about my claims and got nothing but the run around from them. Embrace is the best!

We have had our two dogs insured with Healthy Paws for about 4 years. It was the best decision ever! Our Border Terrier had torn ACL surgery and Healthy Paws paid our 80%...and they called us every few days to see how he was doing....Who else does that. We feel free to give our pets the best care possible, as we know it won't break the bank. The monthly premiums are reasonable and just a regular part of our budget.

claims are paid fast. it covers most thingsonly complaint would be the fast rising premium rates. They have increased over 100% in the last 8 years. I don't believe it has to do entirely with rising vet costs as they have definitely not increased that much.

Pets Best has always been fair and prompt whenever I have had a claim. I am very pleased with their service.

I asked Lauren for her manager’s email address because I wanted to write to you to tell you what a wonderful employee Lauren is and what a wonderful job Lauren is doing! I have a Dachshund named Manfred who is currently in the hospital with a large ruptured disc on his back. I spoke with Lauren numerous times last week to get preapproval for my dog’s surgery which took place last Friday. I had to make sure that we could afford to save Manfred’s life because we love him so much. Manfred will be 6 next month. Lauren was so wonderful, kind, understanding, sympathetic, empathetic, and quick acting in processing the details I gave her that I had to tell you about it! Lauren is worth her weight in gold, she really is. Lauren is probably the nicest stranger on the phone that I have ever spoke with in my life and I am 53 years old. My dog ate a bunch of coffee beans and needed to go to the emergency vet. It was a life-threatening situation. We were very glad to not need to worry about cost. I few days after the visit I had the vet complete the necessary forms and submitted them via fax to Embrace. I my reimbursement electronically deposited that week.

Embrace is very prompt in reviewing claims. Their staff is extremely helpful and go the extra distance to get answers to your questions. I would recommend this insurance company.
