Terrible - possible security breach
Raised my price 2 months ago and neglected to tell me until last week. Then today someone left me a voicemail saying my policy was going to be cancelled in two days for non-payment. I have paid Trupanion for 10 years (thousands of dollars!!) and am paid up to date. Confirmed with credit card as well. Called Trupanion and was told many people received the VM and it was all a mistake. Seriously? Trupanion is really dropping the ball and we will begin looking for a replacement.

Incredibly slow customer service
Incredibly slow customer service, waited on hold for a very long time. Poorly explanation of benefits. Website doesn't work as advertised. Would not recommend at all. Edit: The website is still most definitely not working well, doesn't allow to me update or fix my claims aside from adding attachments. You didn't even read my review did you, cuz aside from saying to visit your site you didn't address my other concerns. Also, this review was written Feb 13 which kinda proves my point, today is March 29 which is objectively a very slow response.

I got Healthy Paws Pet insurance and highly recommend
I got Healthy Paws Pet insurance a little over four years ago for my dog Jax who I adopted. This January he got very sick with a rare condition called Sterile Nodular Panniculitis. He was in the hospital for a week, had surgery and is on all kinds of medicine. His treatment is ongoing. The costs for all was so high. I don’t know what I would have done without Healthy Paws. They covered 90 % of all costs indicated in my contract after my deductible. Claims were processed quickly, customer service so helpful for my many questions and payment made quickly. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.
