I had never bought health insurance for any of my dogs but decided it might be a wise choice when I brought home an 8 week old Great Dane puppy. He is now 10 months old and we've been to the vet more times than I can count! I've submitted all of my claims via FAX and it has been super easy and convenient. When I submitted the last two claims I reached my deductible and Embrace reimbursed me within a week! I have recommended Embrace to other Dane owners looking for reasonable prices, and good coverage.

I have never had pet insurance. I got a new Frenchie from an extremely reputable breeder in Canada and she was already signed up for a "free trial" with Embrace for 2 months. Never in a million years did I expect she would acquire an autoimmune disease. This was her diagnosis after thousands of dollars of exhausting testing. I had a very sick little puppy. The GOOD news is Embrace paid me 5 thousand dollars (yearly max under the trial plan) NO QUESTIONS, QUICK AND EASY. The BEST news is she is now recovering. Needless to say I am signed up with Embrace for all my dogs forever!

Filing the claim was very easy,and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the claim processing took place.I was very satisfied with the entire process and would encourage my friends and family to insure their pets with ASPCA. The follow up phone call about Emma was well appreciated.

We receive acknowledgement of claims right away, payments are very prompt, and we get nice messages wishing her well. We know that they are probably automated but still really nice to get. Representatives we have spoken to on the telephone has very very nice. Just a pleasure to deal with.

Our little guy had a terrible allergic reaction to something possibly a bee that he ate. His eyes were swollen shut and muzzle double the size. We whisked him to the emergency hospital and we were informed that he was having an anaphylaxis reaction and another shock where his gums were turning gray. All worked out and after iv's and meds he is back to normal. Through all our turmoil we did not have to worry about our coverage. Healthy Paws is the best with personal and caring customer service.
