Taking one huge burden away from a stressful time.
We all know that sinking feeling when the vet gives you bad news. Our came in the form or a ruptured gall bladder resulting in emergency surgery. We had never put a claim in since we had the policy on our dear little wire-haired dachshund, and didn't know what to expect. The claim submission could not have been easier. We were provided updates along the way and had a wonderful correspondence with Stephanie who was always responsive, caring and professional. In the end, the policy paid exactly what was covered and that huge financial burden was taken from our shoulders (and bank account). The direct deposit was seamless. We can't recommend this company and insurance strongly enough. Thank you again, Trupanion.

My daughter used Healthy paws for her dog, so after reading all the reviews on all the pet insurance companies available, I too chose Healthy Paws. It is easy to upload claims from the app on your phone. The claims are handled quickly and efficiently. They also email you back to check on your pet. That was an added bonus and so nice. I highly recommend this company.

Trupanion was the right choice for…
Trupanion was the right choice for myself and my 2 german shepherds of which one needed disc repair surgery. The process was straightforward for making the claim and they were very nice when I called to confirm our coverage. Sent claims and was reimbursed within 2 weeks. I am so pleased with their super customer support and the great coverage packages I have with them. The diagnostic tests: MRI, ultrasound and X-rays - covered. Surgery and hospital stay - covered. What incredible peace of mind knowing my german shepherd could get the surgery and tests he needed completed and we did not have to omit anything because of finances. Thank you from Flak and I.
