Very happy with Healthy Paws

I've had excellent service so far with Healthy Paws pet insurance! Making sure I had pet insurance since day one has been one of the smartest decisions I have ever made as a pet owner. Zoë got very sick with a respiratory infection which meant lots of trips to the vet and healthy paws were extremely fast with filing all my claims and mailing reimbursement checks back to me. They also have an app which makes things so much quicker! Every time I tell other people about healthy paws and their benefits they are amazed and consider switching because their current pet insurance just doesn't measure up! If you are someone who is considering getting pet insurance I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws!

Thank goodness for Trupanion

We just by luck decided to get pet insurance. We never had it before. My dog Chapa is just over 2yrs & has had to have a recent operation. There is still some problems we are dealing with. However Trupanion has been great. They were fast to approve, then pay for the initial operation . Chapa is still having problems but with Trupanion they are covering what is needed to get him better.

Amazing Company

When I got my Great Dane puppy last year I immediately got health insurance. Having that piece of mind was very important to me. Recently my one year old great dane got sick and the vet bills added up. I submitted my claim and the process could not have been easier. I received the reimbursement check within a week. I would recommend this insurance company to anyone with a pet!

Happy Embrace Exists

Regardless of the premium, its well worth the investment.Vet costs are through the ceiling and catastrophic care is the most expensive a 4 to 5000 vet bill in some cases would end up in euphuism and that's not a choice I would want to make. And Some vets will allow assignment in lieu of euphuism. What a blessing. Embrace has a good name. In my opinion you cant go wrong. Dogs Cats just love o get into anything and that at times is very costly. If a person thinks Dogs and Cats are expensive own a African Gray Or a Macaw or any other exotic bird Know that's a costly pet.

Taz

people were great that i dealt with. i was a little disappointed that i did not receive the full $3000 per incident as stated. Answer was that they only allow up to certain plateaus per coverage.

Pet's Best is FANTASTIC!!

My dog tore his ligament and required TPLO surgery. Pets Best had an incredibly easy claim filing process (scan bills and upload to website) and they direct deposited my reimbursement in about 10 days. If only health care for humans worked like this!!!!!

Thoughtful and Prompt

I have had the insurance for almost 2 years when Buford was hit by a car and I had to rush him to the emergency room. He had a fractured pelvis. I submitted my claim online, which was totally easy. I submitted the documents they requested, they volunteered to help me with others and in short order they approved my claim and a check was in the mail to me. They were very thoughtful in asking about Bufords condition in a personalized emails. I was very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for making a difficult situation better

Even better than my human health insurance!

I had only signed up for Healthy Paws (after extensive research and comparison) a month or two before my puppy ingested something and needed emergency surgery. It was SO EASY to just upload my claim via their phone app (just take a photo of it, that's it!), and within a week I had a reimbursement check in hand. No disputes, they covered everything they said they would! And they even followed up with me to check on how my puppy was doing. I wish my human health insurance was this easy!!Side note, when my kitty got sick and I submitted my claim to them, they contacted me because I had forgotten to have my previous vet send them his medical history (we moved last year). They offered to call my previous vet to get the necessary paperwork, saving me time and hassle - who does that?!

Didn't have to think twice, totally worth it!

Our 3.5 year old schnauzer mix, Max, developed a lump in the corner of his eye a few weeks ago. We immediately brought him to the vet, did a round of antibiotics, and got a quote for a lumpectomy and biopsy in the event that the antibiotics didn't clear everything up (claim 1). Unfortunately, the lump didn't clear up, so we started pro-op blood testing and scheduled the lumpectomy (claim 2 & 3). Especially since HealthyPaws developed their app, our claims experience could not have been simpler. We literally logged into the app, snapped a photo of our itemized bill for each visit and waited to hear from them. After the second claim when through, we received word from a customer service rep, Sabrina (who was fantastic), that they needed Max's medical records. She said we could email her the medical records and anything else related to Max's illness, and she would handle everything from there on out. We submitted Max's records and our last claim (3 in just 3 weeks) the night of Max's surgery, and by the next day were told that our check for 90% of the cost of his procedure was in the mail. With a $50 deductible, and over $800 in vet costs in just 3 weeks, we were seriously relieved! My fiance and I first bought pet insurance because of experiences our friends and family had where high emergency medical costs were sometimes life or death questions for young, otherwise healthy pets. We never wanted to be in that situation, so we did our research and found HealthyPaws. We couldn't be happier with their service and coverage, and have never looked back.
