You all are really good at finding ways to not pay anything for our dog's health expenses.
You all are really good at finding ways to not pay anything for our dog's health expenses. You don't really provide any value. If we had set aside all of the premiums in a savings account we would have been better off. I think your service borders on being a scam, but because you have your fine print you can get away with not paying. Once my dog dies, I will cease doing business with you all. We had a similar experience with another insurance company and were hoping it would be different with you guys. It's just more of the same.
