I am not typicaly someone who submits reviews, but in this instance, the performance of Embrace and the overall positive experience warrants 10 minutes of my time. As a new pet owner, I was leary about purchasing health insurance for our puppy. My comparitive research with other insurers led me to Embrace. The onboarding process was seamless and their claims processing and timeliness is commendable. Our dog has been in and out of vets for the last six months and we have submitted no less than 20 claims, totaling more than $10,000. I have never spoken to an Embrace agent or been questioned on any care provided to our dog, despite a blood transfusion, extended stays at animal hospitals, and other expensive procedures. The claims process is all electronic. We are notified via email when the claim is received, when it is processed and finally, when payment is sent. I would highly recommend Embrace for any pet owner considering insurance.

I have been extremely happy with their service. Processing turn around is fast and reimbursement is quick. Customer service is awesome. I am glad to have this insurance for my three dogs.

With my $300 deductible met, Trupanion quickly paid 90% of those costs. They have continued to pay 90% of all medicines, x-rays, ultrasounds, surgeries, blood tests related to IBD. I've been able to spend literally thousands for Boston's care relating to IBD in the last 2+ years, because Trupanion is continuing to do what they said they would: pay 90% for related illness for the rest of his life. Thank heavens for Trupanion; because of them I still have my beautiful boy kitty.

This is my second time having to file a big claim for my poor pup and both times the experience was great. It was quick and easy to file my claim. I received follow up emails on the status of my claims and received my check within a week. I hope never to file another claim again, but having the insurance is worth it.

My 10 month old newfie puppy has had to have multiple surgeries for hydronephrosis, hydroureter plus FCP of both elbows. Embrace covered everything, reimbursing me quickly. They even took the time to check up on my puppy to make sure he was doing OK. Great customer service!

I started by insuring a dog I adopted from rescue, followed by my cat, and will now be adding yet another newly rescued dog to the policy. I have thus far only used the Wellness Plan reimbursement but I've been grateful for the help with budgeting for regular care. I appreciate the piece of mind in knowing that when my pets need care for accident or illness, they will be covered. The customer service has been great. We were covered by Trupanion insurance, which reimburses 90% of costs for emergencies. They have been completely supportive in covering all claims to date, promptly and without question. We truly owe our dog's life to them, because without their support we would have had no choice but to euthanize her. I have recommended this company to many friends, who have had similar experiences with them.
