Customer service is the nicest of any customer service out there - for any company. Truly blown away. I am very impressed with the quickness in reviewing claims - literally less than a week! So glad I went with Trupanion! Best decision! Will always have them going forward for any and all pets!

Claim was quickly handled
We have been pleased with the service we have received for each claim we have made on behalf of our dear Norwich Terrier, William. Though we are a bit disappointed that the cost of his insurance has escalated more than we anticipated, we trust that you do everything to keep costs down by efficiency, and fairness. While I hope we will never need the insurance for a major event, it is comforting to know that we have it should it be necessary.
