Outrageous pricing increases
We have been happy with the coverage however the annual increases to our premium have been outrageous. From 2019 to 2020 the premium increased over 35%. From 2020 to 2021 the increase was 50%. Over the course of 8 years the price has increased almost 400%.

You can send your invoices online. It is very convenient and you get a response right away. Within a couple of days trupanion sends you the amount covered. Very friendly if you need to call. Super service. Highly recommended.
