Error on claim

Great!

My Yorkie Duke pulled out one of his nails while attempting to jump a baby gate. Sent in the claim and in three weeks received a check for 80% after the $100.00 deductible. Couldn't be more satisfied.

peace of mind

good to have it when you need it. Without insurance, some years ago, it cost $2,000 to fix a broken leg in our Yorkie.recently our silky, LuLu, injured her paw.

Great Experience

I called in to cancel my coverage and the agent was kind enough to point out that I had not yet even used my wellness credit. I put together a group of receipts and lo and behold, my dog needed to be seen for back pain! I'm so glad I have the coverage and will definately be a customer for years to come. Thanks, Embrace!

Amazing service....

My husband and I have been so impressed with the communication, quick claim review and disbursement of the funds. We have had such bad experiences with our personal health insurance that it is such a relief and an unexpected surprise to see how smoothly this process has gone. Is there any way you can work with people insurance carriers to show them how to do this ;-)?

They really don't put any effort on reimbursing yo

I filed a claim and it's been over a month and no reimbursement. I called before taking my dog to the vet and confirmed everything was covered under my policy... and still is. Everytime I call them they say they are pending the vet's report but they never actually contact my vet to request it (i confirmed if they had the right phone number and everything). One week later I call again, and they say the same thing... two weeks later I called and they say the same thing. I don't want to be mean or anything but how hard is it to call a vet, get the info and match against the policy and cut a check? is that a 2 months + task? I can't see how this can be. =( I will definitely find another pet insurance after this claim.

slow processing of lcaims

I submitted a claim for cat boarding fees and also a a form for seeing if they could process my claim for when my cat took sick. I My vet and I kept submitting forms for pre=payment of her fees and they kept repeating requests for forms even though it was submitted by snail mail and by fax. They kept misplacing my forms and now i have run into Nsf charges because of the delays in sending me my money.Be persistent and PATIENT
