Very satisfied!
Our cat had a series of vet visits and tests recently, and we submitted a series of claims over several weeks. Claim forms were very simple, and claims were handled very quickly, with clear, understandable explanations. I had a question and the rep I spoke to on the phone was very nice.

Great insurance
My dog got sick and by having this insurance I got half of what I had to pay back. It is really worth having

You are the Best
We have have pet insurance with you for about 5yrs now and you have never hesitsted to pay a claim the we submitted. You pay quickly...better than our wn people insurance does. From day 1...5 years ago when Storm had that horrible injury you have stood bt us and for that we will ever be greatful. when anyone gets a new pup we say chrck with Embrace...you will never be sorry. Thanks..again!!!

Rate was increased after claim
My dog was bit by another dog in his ear and the ear is hard to heal. So after the initial emergency room visit there were several other visits for the continuing problem of this ear. Trupanion did pay, but I had to go back to them over the deductible, as they tried to charge me the $100.00 twice. They did send it back after my Doctor sent them a letter explaining that it was the same problem. So all in all they were good, but right after they paid me I was notified that my monthly policy cost was increasing. I am saying I will not recommend this company due to the rate increase and the initgial visit at the emergency room they paid no part of. They do no pay for Doctor's examination.

Wish you'd insure people too!
I've never had pet insurance before so I didn't know what to expect. Embrace is wonderful. From helpful reminders to updates on claims, I couldn't be more pleased. Filing claims is quick and easy. It's nice to know my wonderful Springer is under the watchful eye of Embrace.
Claim processing this time was a bit long...but it appears that many folks are discovering the benefits of insuring with Embrace. I'm glad to know that I've insured with one of the best.

My biggest claim so far
I've had this insurance for almost 3 years and have sent in minor claim-never meeting my deductible. Recently, I had a more sizable claim and it took a long time to process. I was getting nervous. However, they did keep in communication with me. They apologized about the delays and assured me they would get to my claim, which they did. I am a satisfied customer.

A very sickly puppy
My 14 mo. old pup started exhibiting symptoms of skin lesions and joint pain that my vet couldn't identify. He continued to decline and exhibit new symptoms including swollen lymph nodes, continued lethargy and increased joint pain, and mouth ulcerations, all in 1 week. I was referred to a specialist after 3 vet visits, and after the internist exam, bloodtests, x-rays, ultrasounds and biopsy, and a scare with a "maybe cancer" diagnosis... the vet ultimately diagnosed my dog with auto-immune disorder.
Healthy Paws covered everything they guaranteed in my policy, including the numerous tests and meds!
Healthy Paws responds to claims within a day and send out checks immediately.
I am still so impressed and they really helped me while I worked to get my puppy back to health quickly!!
Healthy Paws is definitely the pet insurance company to use!!

Glad to have ASPCA
I have and continue to have great experience with ASPCA. I have had several claims submitted and all have been accepted within the limits of my coverage, which I'm grateful for, otherwise my cat Frankie would not be here with us today!
