We have been members of the Healthy Paws Insurance family for over 7 years. The customer service and support provided have been exceptional. Both of our kitties have had serious health problems which necessitated frequent veterinary and hospital visits. SOOOO easy to use.
This was the easiest and most convenient experience I could have asked for. I took my dog in to the vet. for what turned out to be an ear infection and the basic heartworm and flea treatment. Well long story short things went south really fast, which was determined to be pancreatitis which meant several trips to vet./ emergency clinic. Each time I just took a picture of the paperwork with my phone and attached to my claim and that was it. My dog is 100% better and this was quick and convenient. Able to do the entire process on my phone.
