Very reliable

ASPCA has been wonderful with helping our dog with his health issues. The staff is very considerate. The APP is very easy to use and the claims are processed efficiently. I have recommended ASPCA to all my family and friends.

Pleasantly surprised at the ease of filing my first claim and pleased at the outcome.

My pet fell ill and he required an emergency visit, and two follow up visits to the vet. These things add up and before I knew it, the bills were in the thousands. I have never filed a claim with Nationwide and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do it Their website was very friendly, easy to understand and navigate. They updated you on the status of the claims and they were resolved in no time. I am definitely happy with Nationwide!

Trupanion is a scam - don't waste your money!

Dog went in for surgery and I submitted my first claim ever with Trupanion. Long story short, I had to increase my deductible due to the high premiums. Old deductible was 500 and new is 1000. Claim was started on June 5 and new deductible was not meant to go into effect until June 12. I received an email from them stating that I would owe on the 600. It was a relief. Until the day of the surgery, when they sent me an email saying I would be paying the new deductible of $1000. I have been a loyal customer for 9 years only to get screwed over by them in my time of need. Also, google them - they owe $100,000 in fines for shady sales tactics and have plenty of bad publicity from others who have been burned.

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years only to get screwed over by them in my time of need. Also, google them - they owe $100,000 in fines for shady sales tactics and have had a ton if bad publicity lately. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

So happy!

Getting Nationwide pet insurance for my new puppy was the best decision I've made. From reviewing my coverage options with a real (& compassionate) team member to submitting claims, it's been a great experience! So happy I purchased this plan! :)

I am outraged -- Elder Dog benefits cut off

I am outraged. My dog is 14 years old and developed a bladder tumor this year. His insurance policy period ends in 15 days. I am not told that when it renews he will not be covered for this ongoing issue, BECAUSE I didn't buy an ongoing care policy add on BEFORE my dog developed a bladder tumor. This is bad faith insurance. Now my dog in his final days I will not have insurance coverage for my beloved pet and likely won't be able to afford continuing the level of care that will be needed. SHAME ON ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!!! Read all the fine print. Pet insurance is not like people insurance -- even though they are our family.
