THE BEST SERVICE!
I am extremely impressed with Trupanion. We have submitted several claims and in a RAPID manner they were processed and we were reimbursed with direct deposit, within a couple of days. I have called a couple of times and the customer service is wonderful, they are caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Trupanion!

Splenenectomy
My darling little dog Sasha had to go in for an emergency surgery. I am so glad I had pet insurance! After her surgery they then found cancer. If I hadn't had pet insurance, with a quick turn around on claims, I wouldn't be able to keep giving Sasha the care she deserves. I appreciate that ASPCA calls to check on my pet and the people that call seem invested in her progress.

Caring, polite & quick service!
Less than two weeks ago my dog was admitted to the emergency clinic for toxicity.You can probably relate that I was equally worried about my furbaby as I was about the money.
As soon as I brought my little fluffball home I contacted Trupanion - spoke with a very caring customer service representative - and my claim was on it's way for review minutes later.
Less than two weeks and my refund is already being sent out in the mail.
I can't express more how happy I am that I chose Trupanion as my insurance provider.

Fast and reliable service
I have now been paying pet insurance for over 8 years but I was always skeptical whether or not this was worthy since my dog was healthy and doesn't have any major issues. Now that my dog is 9 yrs old and that she's getting some issues, I found that the multiple claims I had filed were processed quickly and one small misunderstanding was made about a deductible that was taken off was solved just from a phone call.Josée

Amazing Service
First I would like to say I have never written a review for any product or company, but after my experience with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance I was compelled to do so. My English bulldog tore the tendons in both his knees and needed major surgery.The staff at Healthy Paws were kind courteous and caring .The claim was completed in less then a week ,this company is everything it says it is and more. So pleased with our experiences with Healthy Paws!
Our dog tore her CCL's in both legs. Healthy paws did a great job of quickly processing our claim after her first surgery, and even made contact afterwards to check on how our dog's recovery was going. It's nice to feel like the company that is helping us pay for her surgery actually cares about how she is doing :)
