Very pleased with coverage.
I have two cats and a dog insured. My dog and one cat have had some serious illnesses. Trupanion works rapidly with my vet and reimbursement is quick.

BEST Insurance Company
The customer service is outstanding. Every time you call, you reach a real, live person immediately. The ability to take a picture of your claim and submit it on your smart phone is the most brilliant and easy claim process. After our sweet puppy had surgery, (to which Healthy Paws covered 90%), we received an email from Healthy Paws checking on how Lulu was recovering. My husband and I wish the United States Healthcare system was as compassionate and user-friendly as Healthy Paws.

Excellent Service!

Simple, speedy, responsive, great.
In the short amount of time I have had embrace, it has been great. My dog had some serious injuries almost immediately after signing up and instead of heckling me to avoid paying out for health care, they were very anxious to ensure I was covered for what was needed. Claims are extremely simple and payout is very fast.
Truly a top notch company and business model to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

better than I every imagined!
My big tabby began sneezing and coughing a lot. He is now my inside/outside pet, after spending at least 2 years outside on my patio and not being fed while I took care of an inside cat with many health problems. He began sneezing and coughing, so I took him to my regular vet, who had a blood test that proved he has FIV. After an $88 vet bill I submitted a bill to VPI, and was very pleased to receive a check for $55. It was much more than I expected.

Healthy Paws is the best!
After much research I decided to go with Healthy Paws for a few reasons:Reasonable premiums
Healthy Paws company is financially healthy
No fine print in the contract, very simple
90% coverage available with 100.00 deductible
My two claims were processed immediately with no quibbling about coverage terms and limits. Love that! I could say a lot more good things but I'm out of space to type.

Great Service
One of our dogs has needed to use her insurance often for different reasons.Most recently though, she needed her meds refilled for her ongoing thyroid condition. As promised Trupanion reimbursed us for the medication at the rate of $90.
My only concern is the rate increases that we are told are area wide. Once your dog becomes older you aren't really able to access reasonable rates.

Best pet insurance ever!!!
Claims are paid quickly and at 90% of covered items. The communication via email is wonderful as well. They let you know they received the claim & how much they will pay. Are also concerned about the pet's health.
