Getting too expensive for less coverage

My comments are not just for this claim but service for the last 8 yrs. Since I've had your insurance, the rates have continuously increased. I understand that but this last increase is $30 a month. Yet I don't get more coverage and you find more loopholes to keep from having to pay claims. I also believe the deductibles are per claim. My human insurance at least has a yearly deductible.

The Best Pet Insurance on the Market

I am extremely happy about the way Embrace handled my claim with Sophie. Everyone I have had contact with at Embrace was caring and willing to go the extra mile to help. Your customer service is excellent. I was told that Embrace is the best pet insurance on the market and now I now why. I highly recommend Embrace!

5 degrees to kevin bacon

my partner went into renal failure, our vet is right at our back fence so we just jumped over. she stopped eating, drinking so she was I.V.'d and held over till she recovered. weeks later, i get four form letters saying "hi, i'm a pet owner myself, i'm sorry we can't pay for this emergency". In using the 5 degrees paradigm we've managed to find not normal kidney labs in her hx so that mean this was a (you guessed it) "pre existing" condition so it was bound to happen sooner or later. wow, this is the second time i submit this review, i got a "There was a problem with your submission" the first time. we've been w/ the ins for close to a year...a whole year! we bought on to their "you'll need us for emergencies". fooled once, shame on you fool me twice shame on me; i have asked to be cancelled. folks we treat our partners w/ kindness, we love them, we have them checked, have them have labs and the works which we pay for and buy emergency coverage insurance for the sudden stuff, but someone forgot to tell the insurance company.

Enbrace fair and thorough in its evaluation.

Embrace was recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law, both of whom are vets in Ohio, so I had confidence in the company from the beginning and have not been disappointed. Petey is special in that he is a rescue from a kill shelter here in WV. Despite limited medical information about him, Embrace was thorough in collecting what little was available and, I think, very fair in evaluating his problem in light of that. The claim process took longer than I expected but understandable in light of limited information about our recently adopted dog.

They really are the best!

Pets Best has helped with my pug, Thor's, medical bills through three illnesses. Because I had this insurance I was able to get him the treatment he needed and he's doing well now. The people are so friendly and understanding when you speak to them on the phone, claims are processed quickly, and they do exactly what they say they will do when you sign up for the insurance. I have nothing but good things to say about Pets Best!

Quick Refund Process

I'll keep this short - if it weren't for Embrace, there would have been a time when I would have been faced with the decision of whether or not I could afford to keep my pet healthy. My reimbursements were processed quickly which saved me in the end from having to make that decision.

Best pet insurance I ever had

We have been using Embrace for many years but never had the opportunity to realize how great this company is until the past couple of months. Our dog Pirouette is nine years old and has always been pretty healthy. During the last checkup, our vet discovered that she has some kidney problems. After tests and ultra sound, she was diagnosed with glomerulonephritis. She is now treated to hopefully resolve this issue ASAP. There was no doubt in our mind that we were going to do whatever was necessary to find out her problem regardless of the price but it is wonderful to see that during this process Embrace reimbursed us 80% of those bills. The process was easy and the reimbursement happened quickly.

Fabulous customer service

I have only been with Embrace for a month with our new puppy, but I have already been so impressed with their customer service and so happy I went with them. They are kind, quick to respond and incredibly easy to file claims with. After a small accident we already met our deductible and we got a check quickly. Since we've never had pet insurance I was concerned there would be a lot of red tape and confusion, but it has been the complete opposite. The claims are straightforward, easy and Embrace works well and quickly with our vet clinic. All I have to do is submit the paperwork and they do the rest. I'm so thankful for their care for our puppy and quick responses! I highly recommend their plans. It is great to have so many options to choose from so you can really customize what works best for your situation.

Glad to have the service, but has room to improve

My husband and I are in complete agreement with regard to our experiences with your company. We do thank you for taking the time out to follow up on our concerns regarding claims payment. This is greatly appreciated and serves to confirm the genuine care and high level of quality customer service that your customer care department provides. This is indeed something that is not often seen these days. The follow up that we have received from managementand your customer care department has been spot on with regards to quality. We have always been treated with the highest degree of professionalism and warmth when we have contacted your customer care department. Unfortunately, with regards to claims payment, there has been some confusion regarding this. When we initially came on board with Embrace, the health records for our two fury children were requested and were provided by our veterinarian. I personally gave the written request and watched the office staff pull and fax the records to Embrace. Soon after, I brought my dogs in for wellness care and there seemed to be no problem. However later, the wellness and non-wellness claims that we submitted were being basically placed on hold pending receipt of information requested from the provider. Our Veterinarian responded to Embrace's requests. Also upon our inquiry, they confirmed with us that they twice re-faxed over the health record for one of our dogs per embraces's request. Further, notifications were not sent to or received by us about the delays. We only became aware of this after we called in to inquire about claims status and checked for status on the website which is a nice feature to have). We believe that the problems we incurred were due to the fact that we were not made aware of some of the procedures that your company has with regards to claims processing. In all of our claims submissions we have provided the billing statements from our veterinary provider along with the receipt showing payment. Apparently Embrace requires that providers fill out the claims form provided by Embrace. Our veterinarian does not do billing for services and believed it to be sufficient to provide us with an itemized statement. We have a great relationship with our veterinarian and they have always been timely in responding to our requests. Since then, they have made some exceptions for us in this area and have begun completing the forms for us for submission to you. Thus far, we believe that this ar
