The Best Insurance for Your Dog
Embrace is the most efficient company I had ever had the pleasure to work with. If you love your animals this is the insurance to get. It is worth every penny. Their wellness program pays for it's self. Every claim I have submitted has been taken care of almost immediately. Their web service is the best. They keep you informed every step of the way. Very responsive & caring
In the last year my golden retriever Teddie had an emergency splenectomy and was later diagnosed with B-cell Lymphoma requiring many visits to both her vet and the animal cancer center. Trupanion has been very good about processing and paying her claims on an ongoing basis leaving me with one less thing to worry about. I couldn't be happier with the decision to purchase insurance for my 'baby'.

Very Slow claim payments.
I felt there was very little explanation as to why something like hookworm was considered a pre-existing condition, and having a 12 month waiting period attached to that seems excessive. I have been waiting several weeks and not one reimbursement for my claims has been received.

As painless as possible
My cat recently had an accident in which she fractured her hip bone. The cost was over $3k but Trupanion really pulled through in covering most of the costs. I wouldn't have known what to do if I did not have insurance.
