They have been fantastic! My dog has a sensitive stomach and allergies so we are at the vet a bit more then normal.

I am the proud mommy of two adorable 8month old teenage cats. I adopted them in Feb. 2015, after having lost my best furry friend 3days before Christmas just a few months prior to kidney failure. I thought about health insurance before, and can't help wondering if poor Squeakers may have had a different outcome. So, even though I live on nothing but social security, insurance for my new babies was decided a necessity. I couldn't be more pleased. For my well visit, I scheduled for the first day I received my check, submitted my paperwork, and received a direct deposit in less than 10 days! That allows me to "borrow" bill money for end of month bills, or (end of month food money) with the comfort that processing and deposit will allow for them to get paid. THAT is an added comfort I could only have hoped for!

i filed two claims and they were not valid. i took my dog in for a routine shot and some other issues that were totally unrelated to anything she has ever had before but my claims were denied because she had had an ear infection when she was very young. unrelated. and yet ridiculous. i feel duped and like i wasted a lot of money with your company

Unfortunately my Great Dane had too many problems, but I'm so fornunate to have this insurance. Great customer service, fast reimbursement. I have them for 6 years, my other pet insurance company was very difficult to work with.

Took both my cats to the vet and Embrace was fast and efficient at processing my wellness claims for them. Luckily, I haven't had to use the accident or sickness part of the insurance yet but no doubt it will be a similar experience.

They have reviewed and paid on my wellness claim in a very timely manner which is very typical for them. Great company!
