The online claims process was straight forward and easy. My only concern is that the monthly premiums keep going up and up.

The system was easy for submitting a claim and the turnaround time was good, the deductible just ate up all but $5.

Trupanion has been so wonderful. We don't know what we would do without you! Our almost 11 year old doodle started developing health problems when she was six. We are so thankful every day that we have Trupanion; we have been able to provide our girl the quality of care she has needed through several auto immune diseases. I reccommend you to everyone.
