After saving several invoices for my dog's allergy medicine I submitted them for consideration. I was very pleased to get back 90% of the cost after the deductible. The process was quick and easy. Trupanion has the best communications. First email comes with a claim number followed by a second email with the claim's results. An extremely satisfied customer.
