Rates/coverage better than others
I shopped around and ASPCA had the best rates for the coverages offered. I enrolled on a Friday and didn't get my "welcome" email until several days later, even tho my credit card was charged right away. So I couldn't setup my online account to access my policy documents. (Not a good first impression). I ended up calling calling Monday and customer svc sent me an email to activate my online account. I must say the rep was awesome and prompt! I finally received my "welcome" email on Wednesday lol, but by then I'd already resolved the issue.

My pup had an unexpected cost, and Trupanion helped cover it! The claim was approved quickly and paid directly to my pups vet. I only had to pay the difference when I went to pick him up. Thank you!
