best insurance for pets!!

Since I've been enrolled with Embrace I had no problem with them, they are awesome. Costumer service is always nice and ready to help you with anything. I will never change to any other insurance we love Embrace! :)

Top Notch Coverage, Concern, Responsiveness

Our experience with Healthy Paws has been nothing but superb! They are helpful, responsive, and, after checking many plans, we found they offer a superior approach to pet healthcare. HEALTHY PAWS IS FABULOUS!!

Our perfectly healthty 2 year old cat started acting strange, crying, spitting, then eating ravenously. We didn't realize what was going on until he had a full blown seizure in front of us. We thought he was choking or having a heart attack.We brought him to our vet, who believed it could be epilepsy, then referred us to a neurologist for an MRI to rule out a brain tumor. Mc Gee was diagnosed with epilepsy, which is manageable with meds, and he is back to his usually happy self, and hasn't had an episode in the last 3 weeks. Healthy Paws processed his claim of approx $3600 the same day I filed, and paid to the penny all that McGee was entitled to, approx $3200. I was really surprised, as I never had a pet insurance claim until this one. If only people could be provided such great health insurance. I've had numerous emails from the employees checking on McGee and sending him best wishes. What a great company. I'm telling all my friends to insure their pets with Healthy Paws. They are just awesome.

so helpful and caring

My Vet actually gave me a hard time while I tried to get my dog's records. Healthy Paws intervened and told my Vet exactly what was needed and it all worked out in the end. My check as sent out quickly and an email followed to check on my dog's recovery. I would highly recommend this insurance company, they care.

Great insurance coverage - no questions asked!

We have had Embrace insurance on our Boxer since he was 6 weeks old. We have never had any issues with them paying the claims and they do so as outlined in the policy. We continue to use and recommend them to all of ours friends. Their coverage cannot be beat - they do not have any exceptions to coverage for breed-specific disorders which is the biggest reason we went with them. If they are running behind w/ claims processing, they let you know. If they are taking exceptionally long, one phone call will have the claim resolved within 24hours. A+!!

These people totally rock!

I've had my dog Ruby insured by Healthy Paws since we adopted her almost a year ago. They provide an exceptional level of service. Just today - Ruby had a vet appointment to check out a swollen and irritated left eye. The appointment was at 2:30pm and at 2:55 - just 25 minutes later - I received the email telling me the claim had been processed and approved. Simply Amazing! I'm a customer for life

Personal, professional, no hassle service

My three year old Dalmatian mix has been through two fairly expensive TPLO knee surgeries in the last year and a half. Both claims I submitted to Embrace were dealt in about four weeks, with no problems and they kept me up to date with the progress of my claim with the occasional email.

Fast, caring service

My basset hound Duke suddenly was acting like he didn't feel well and was in pain, pacing and restlessness. My first thought was bloat so I gave him a gas-x. He seemed to feel some better and lay down but later during the night he was acting in pain again. The next day I took him to the vet. His stomach was so tight the vet couldn't even feel his organs for an exam. He had an xray and bloodwork; the xray came back okay but the bloodwork showed pancreatitus. Duke was put on pain meds and sent home with orders for me to watch him. He was very quiet and I could tell he didn't feel well when he wasn't stealing anything (the boy is a thief). But a couple days later, Duke was feeling much better and back to stealing things and playing with his sister Gracie. I submitted a claim for reimbursement. This was the first; I've only had Duke since December. The vet gave me his records and the only trouble I had was sending the 36 pages but when I called Healthy Paws, I got great advice on how to do it and they even were going to hold on the line while I sent it to make sure it went through but my phone hung up on me. I did it on my own as instructed and received an email the next morning that it was received and it would take up to 10 days but by the time I got home from work and checked my email there was another email that my claim had been processed. I was given a detail of what was covered and the amount I would receive. Within 3 days I received my check. And then to my
