Best thing I ever did!
Having Embrace was the Best thing I ever did! Quite frankly if it wasn't for Embrace I would probably have had to give my cat away. I don't usually take the time to review stuff but I feel like Embrace really deserves it and if someone else can benefit from my good experience and also use Embrace that would be a good thing. My story is kind of long so I'll try to keep it short- but I've had cats my whole life and none have ever had major problems. Vet visits were so few that they're was never an issue. But then a little baby stray showed up in our yard and we fell in love with him and decided to keep him. Well, that was the beginning of the horror story for my wallet. He arrived a little sickly with some respiratory issues but nothing majorly serious. Well, one thing led to another and he pretty much took every vet appointment we never had before and had them all himself! It was getting to the point where I was going to have to think about giving him away to someone who could afford him. I didn't think of insurance because I always thought crazy pet people did that and/or it would be too expensive. Well, boy was I wrong! It was the best thing to do!! I researched a whole bunch, had my mind set on another one, when one of the girls at my vets office recommended I check out Embrace before I make any final decisions. I'm so glad I did. They are literally the only reason why I've been able to keep my kitty. They were the perfect fit for us, based on what we needed and the coverage they provided at a very reasonable cost. I've had them for 1 year already and the customer service has not only been incredible, everyone is so nice, but all my claims have been approved! ...and I've needed to turn in quite a few claims. They've been approved quickly and I have received the checks in a timely manner. It's a relief to see the checks because I know that with Embrace I've been able to give my kitty the best possible care because I've never had to say no because I couldn't afford it because I know I will get the majority of his vet visit reimbursed. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! My kitty's health is great right now and I know that if (or should I say when) he needs to go back Embrace will be there to help.

Excellent customer service!
We adopted our six year old lab from a lab rescue foundation. Thank goodness we decided to get HealthyPaws Insurance for her because five months later she became very ill with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. We submitted the claim the night we brought her home from the hospital simply by taking a picture of the vet bill and uploading it via the HealthyPaws iPhone app. We received an email response almost immediately. The customer service and claims reps were all very sympathetic and helpful. We received a reimbursement check within a few days. We are very impressed and highly recommend HealthyPaws!

No hassle claim
My male cat had a urinary tract infection and had to have a catheter inserted and was on an IT for several days.
Healthy Paws came through with the reimbursement in about 3 weeks. Very professional, no hassle claim.

Years of excellent, personal, caring service
I purchased my pet insurance when my Shih-Tzu, Cappy was 7 and had just spent 5 days at an emergency vets ($$$). Having the insurance has been the best investment in her health that I have ever made. When processing claims I have been given personal attention, the claims processing is so easy, these folks understand pet owners. And recently at 14+ years old my dear old Cappy suffered a heart attack, which within days brought us to the end of her life. ASPCA was there for me, personally calling to share their condolensces and help me process my last claim. Such kind, professional, compassionate and prompt service is above and beyond my expectations. Thanks You, especially to Robert and Shelly. Excellent Service by friendly professionals
When our little doxie had to have a hemi-lamenectomy, we were all so upset. But we did not have to worry about the bills. We were reimbursed quickly by Pets Best and it took away some of the worry we were experiencing. I highly recommended Pets Best as they have hired quality employees who provide quality service with care.

Lifesaving for my dogs- literally
It has been a hard few months for us, and the dogs have of course managed to get ill/have accidents at the worst time. Within a week one dog had ingested Coumadin after sneaking into the garage where a mouse tray was set, one dog needed a skin biopsy, and one was coughing nonstop. It helps to have the comfort of Healthy Paws when we face an emergency. We appreciate all the help and quick turn around for claims!

Soooo Happy with Healthy Paws
After reading nothing but positive reviews about Healthy Paws I decided to go with them when Coco was about 8 months old. After about 5 months I took Coco to the vet for a urinary tract infection. After further testing, she was diagnosed with cystitis.
I have never had a dog before so I never had pet insurance and didn't know what to expect. That said, I had a few questions to ask when I had to submit the claim. Customer service was excellent and the process couldn't have been any easier. All I had to do was take a picture of the bill with my phone and send it in. Shortly after, I received an email that they were reviewing my claim. The following day I get another email stating the claim status is completed and they will be mailing my claim reimbursement check shortly. Well a few days later, I received a check. A week after that I received another email from Healthy Paws to see how Coco was doing.
I am so happy with my decision to go with Healthy Paws and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Pet Insurance. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Very happy with VPI
I have had animals for years and have spent a lot of money on vet bills so when I got a new puppy in 2012 I decided to try getting insurance. Since that worked out well with the care plan and the comprehensive plan, I enrolled our older German Shepherd and a few months after that she needed surgery on a burst disc. VPI paid over 1/2 of that expensive procedure. To me, that was impressive and they always pay the claims quickly and with no issues. I am happy to have any amount reimbursed and wish I could have the same kind of thing for my horses! I have now added my new kitten to the plan and have already had to use the insurance - again with quick reimbursement and no questions asked. Every person I have spoken to at VPI has been extremely polite and helpful. I am very happy with my experiences.
