Have submitted two claims toward one diagnosis. Seems to be working the way it should, showing how much more until deductible is met. All medications and treatments I paid for are going toward the deductible, apart from exam fees, vaccinations and taxes, exactly as described from the policy description.

Annual rate increases of 10% every year
This claim process was fairly simple and straightforward and well handled by your folks, but I am still highly concerned with how my rates increase by 10% every year. Each year on our renewal anniversary, just like clockwork, the rates rise by 10% and consequently they have tripled since we started with this program. I have spoken with your client services folks and they always provide me with the same justification for the increases.

Trupanion was amazing while our pup spent 5 days in the emergency hospital. They were so kind and patient. They arranged everything with the hospital and we only had to pay our portion of the bill. What a relief at a very stressful time. Everyone we spoke to was amazing!
