I feel badly that I don’t remember her name, but The person I spoke with was quite compassionate as well as helpful. She suggested I call the manufacturer vectra as our vet said it was not returnable because it was a dispensing law. It was sold to us the day annual blood work was drawn. So my dog got Lyme disease on this Tick and flea medication and it looks like I was stuck with nine months of medication they sold me. Vectra immediately responded, then called our vet, and within minutes the vet was calling to see if I wanted a credit or a refund on my credit card. Your employee also reminded me to have all those bills submitted to you. This is a vet that you have a partnership With. In the end I feel like it was a fair ending. However my dog still has a pre-existing condition due to a inferior product which doesn’t make me very happy. My dog is doing fine by the way. Thanks again

I guess it was my fault for not reading the small print on the agreement, but I was very disappointed that none of my over $700 for neutering & medication was covered. And it felt like a slap in the face to get an email within days telling me the price of my monthly premium was going up. I am rethinking this monthly expense .

I recently lost one of our puppies from our litter and kept getting messages about her quote.
I recently lost one of our puppies from our litter and kept getting messages about her quote. I was trying to get her set up because her mom went through a rough puppyhood and wanted to make sure she would be able to be taken care of in her further. Sadly she didn’t make it, and the constant emails really started to bother me seeing her name. When I said to refrain from sending more emails the rep contacted me and personally apologized for the messages and assured me I would not get anymore and stressed their sympathies for my loss. Good job. I’m glad they reached out.
