The policy i had for years which was in auto renew, wasn't renewed in Florida and as I was traveling i didn't realize the policy had not renewed. Thankfully the new policy is less expensive than it was previously (coverages are different too), but overall I am pleased I was able to get my pet again covered.

My German Shepherd needed hospital in middle of night, sent bill to Pumpkin next day and it was paid in 24 hours. A couple follow up visits were also covered very quickly. I appreciate the promptness of this insurance company, wish humans had the opportunity for such a good insurance.
